1. Are you mould factory or trading company?

We are a real factory with 80 mold technicians and a factory area of 5000 square meters. Capable of providing one-stop production services from product structure design, mold design and manufacturing, to product injection.

2. Where is your main market?

We expert moulds for 110 countries, our main markets are China, America, South Asia, European and Middle East.

3. What is the machining accuracy of your facilities?

We have 20 kinds CNC machines, the tolerance is +-0.02mm, and 7 high speed CNC machines, the tolerance is +-0.002mm.

4. How many moulds do you make per year?

Now we can make around 1000 sets mould per year. In 2021 we make 900 set moulds, about 300 sets bucket moulds and 600 set other moulds.

5. Do you have injection machine for mould test?

Yes, we have 90T,160T,250T,320T,390T,400T,450T,650T,800T injection machine for mould test and production.

6. If your mold have problem, how do you solve the problem?

If some spare part broken, we will send you new one. If the mould quality problem, we will repair and pay the ship cost. Or we make another new mould to you free.
